Emma Palmer

Co-Founder

Emma believes in workplaces with great communication and meaningful, respectful relationships. Her motivation and drive come from coaching others to make this a reality.

As a facilitator and course designer Emma has over 13 years’ experience creating engaging and experiential workplace training. Working with everyone from front line staff through to C-Suite Executives, Emma creates an energised, supportive and comfortable training environment that ensures her participants thrive.

She facilitates programs in Leadership, Coaching & Feedback, High Performance Teams, Presentation Skills, Handling Unconscious Bias, Storytelling, Networking, Communication Essentials, Facilitation Skills and Women In Business. Some of the organisations Emma has worked with include: CBA, St George Bank, Savills Australia, Partners In Performance, Westpac, Telstra, AMP, Thiess, CSIRO, Dexus, and Caltex.

Most importantly, Emma equips her clients with practical tools to improve the clarity of their communication and enhance their confidence and presence.

Robert Jago

Co-Founder

Robert has seen first-hand the intelligence and enthusiasm that young people bring to the table and he’s committed to ensuring they have the skills to make their voice heard with clarity.

Robert is passionate about creating a generation of communicators who are engaging and able to present ideas effectively. Within a safe and positive environment, he believes students should be challenged and given a set of standards that empower them and make them confident to contribute in any professional sphere.

As the Associate Director for The Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP), Robert constantly collaborated with young people and directed numerous shows to critical acclaim. He also started up a corporate training division in the company which focused on presentation skills. He’s designed and facilitated specialised drama programs at many of Australia’s elite drama institutions including, NIDA Open, Actors Centre Australia, ATYP and Primary and Secondary Schools. He was previously Acting Coach and mentor for Channel 7’s flagship show Home and Away.
